E.G.E. management in the hands of Lars Jaeger in future

Friedrich Deckert, Managing Director of European Green Exhibitions GmbH in Berlin, has left the company at his own request on 1 April 2022. The tasks of Friedrich Deckert will be taken over by Lars Jaeger in addition and he will manage the business of E.G.E. GmbH alone until further notice.

Up to now, Deckert and Jaeger have been jointly responsible for the management of the trade fair organiser specialising in regional agricultural trade fairs. Lars Jaeger has already been E.G.E. managing director since 2014, Friedrich Deckert had taken over this task as second managing director in 2019.

Lars Jaeger paid tribute to the three joint managing director years with Deckert in retrospect: “We had a great cooperation. Despite the corona-related challenges, together with our team we managed to keep E.G.E. GmbH on the market and to prepare the start of the trade fair. For this, I would like to thank Friedrich Deckert very much on behalf of E.G.E. GmbH and wish him all the best.”

E.G.E. appears as the organiser of renowned regional agricultural fairs, such as the AGRAR Unternehmertage in Münster, the MeLa Mühlengeez in Güstrow or the RegioAgrar Bayern in Augsburg. The current dates for these are:

• MeLa Mühlengeez in Güstrow: 8 to 11 September 2022

• AGRAR Unternehmertage in Münster: 27 to 30 September 2022

• RegioAgrar Bayern in Augsburg: 28 February to 2 March 2023
